1. Information We Collect
Enkai collects information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, and any other information you choose to provide when using our services or contacting us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Communicate about products, services, and events
3. GitHub Integration
Enkai integrates with GitHub using the GitHub App architecture. We use short-lived, scoped tokens that only access the repositories you explicitly authorize. We do not store your GitHub credentials, and you can revoke access at any time through your GitHub settings.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Builder tasks run in isolated private subnets with restricted network egress. Secrets are managed through AWS Secrets Manager with encryption at rest.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services that collect, monitor, and analyze information to improve our service. These third parties have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
